Slate Tide Lidded Jar

A squat, sturdy lidded jar in Slate Tide — a speckled blue-grey glaze that catches rust-brown breaks in the carved rings circling the shoulder, like a stone pulled straight from a tide pool. The domed lid nests into a deep collar, with the same rings echoed across its curve.

Wheel-thrown stoneware, fired to cone 6 for durability. Lid and base are a fitted pair, individually finished.

A great catch-all for tea, salt, small treasures, or whatever needs a lid and a little bit of texture.
